I am pleased to announce the areas and booking details for our 2021-22 Week of Awareness Tour Schedule (AKA: FREE Teen Traffic Safety Presentations!)
As many of you may know, the Florida Department of Transportation Teen Traffic Safety Grant covers the cost to bring a nationally known teen traffic safety speaker to 60 high schools across Florida. This is a tremendously impactful resource, and a great way to leave a lasting positive safety message for teen drivers. Normally, we would host between 500-800 students in an auditorium per presentation… In a Covid World, we’re conscious of student safety and would only require a minimum audience attendance size of (at least) 100 people, safely gathered in an auditorium/gym setting. Where possible, we will work with the administration at each respective school to broadcast the presentation across their CCTV networks for additional real-time student viewership in the school’s classroom or virtually.
I’ve attached respective speaker and event flyer overviews for each area tour. I would appreciate ANY and ALL help in getting this information out to your networks and teen traffic safety stakeholders!! If you have any high school contacts to the below identified areas; I would appreciate any connections or introductions you can offer!
Presentations are booked on a first come, first serve basis.
